At Harvest Hosts, our goal is to create a vibrant community of satisfied Members and Hosts. We understand that our product might not be for everyone and that not everyone may agree with our Code Of Conduct. To ensure Members can be satisfied with what they bought, we are happy to offer a 3-month Happy Camper Guarantee. Please contact us within the first 3 months of your membership to request a refund. We will happily refund your membership dues within 3 months. Rest assured knowing that we stand behind our product!
The Details: This is Important
- Refund eligibility is limited to one refund per account. Members who receive a refund and later rejoin will not be eligible for additional refunds.
- New Harvest Hosts and Boondockers Welcome memberships are eligible for a refund within ninety (90) days of purchase if the account has completed two (2) or fewer stays.
- Membership renewals are eligible for a refund within thirty (30) days of renewal, provided no stays have been completed since the renewal date.
- If a member account is refunded, all legacy or grandfathered membership pricing will be forfeited. Any future membership purchase will be charged at the rates available at the time of reactivation.
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies and must be requested directly through Apple.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Members removed from the program for violations of our Terms & Conditions, Community Standards, or other program policies are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency and amount charged (USD). Currency exchange rate fluctuations may result in differences between the refunded amount and the amount received by your financial institution.
