Buzzed Bee Meadery is Iowa's first Meadery and we produce Honey-wine, known as Mead. We opened our doors in September 2016. We have a small tasting room and production area within our home located in rural Iowa. As a small producer, we typically have 5-7 Meads available at any given time. Flavors change throughout the year based on ingredients available. Providing a unique experience for our visitors is a top priority. Some of our most popular meads include Sweet Bee Lemon and Sweet Heat (a Jalapeno Mead). During the summer months, we occasionally have live music events and Mead Slushies. Electricity available for a charge.
