Our Experience at the Music City Motorhome Expo 2024: Community, Connections, and an eBike Giveaway!

This June, the Harvest Hosts team packed up and headed to Lebanon, Tennessee, for our very first time at the Music City Motorhome Expo, which ran from the 4th to the 7th. It was an exciting four days filled with networking, storytelling, and of course, RVs galore!

We had the fantastic opportunity to meet hundreds of RV enthusiasts, from newbies just starting their RV journey to seasoned veterans who've traversed the country multiple times. The passion for RVing was palpable in the air, and the energy was infectious.

Engaging with Our Members

One of the highlights for us was getting to interact directly with several attendees who already were Harvest Hosts Members. Although we come to these events to share the Harvest Hosts experience with those who have not heard of us yet, it's always enlightening and inspiring to connect with Members in person. Hearing people share their favorite memories at Harvest Hosts locations is always a treat!

These interactions are invaluable as they not only help us better understand our members' needs but also affirm the strong sense of community that Harvest Hosts fosters.

An Exciting Giveaway with JackRabbit

In a thrilling collaboration, we teamed up with JackRabbit to giveaway an eBike! This partnership was a hit, drawing crowds eager to enter the drawing and learn more about integrating eBikes into their RV travels. Over 13,000 people entered the giveaway, but only one could walk away with a free ebike.

Reflecting on a Successful Expo

The Music City Motorhome Expo provided the perfect platform for us to connect with our community, gain valuable insights, and offer a little fun along the way with our eBike giveaway.
